Many people come to this work feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or trauma.
Ketamine helps the nervous system settle, creating space for new perspectives to emerge, while opening a window of neuroplasticity — a time when the mind is especially receptive to change — allowing you to meet yourself with a kind of clarity that ordinary waking life rarely offers.
Over time, this can support greater emotional flexibility, resilience, and a deeper sense of ease.
This work is intentionally more personal and less clinical than a traditional ketamine clinic. Sessions are longer, unhurried, and supported throughout. Preparation and integration are built in, allowing the experience to be part of a larger process.

Each session package is intentionally longer and more personal than a clinical setting. Preparation and integration are always included — never an afterthought.
We begin with a preparation session to clarify your goals, assess readiness, and build a foundation of trust. You will be thoughtfully prepared so you feel informed, supported, and at ease before the experience begins.
The ketamine session is held in a calm, carefully curated setting — or in your home if preferred. Your inner experience is allowed to unfold without interference, supported by steady, caring presence throughout.
Where insight becomes transformation. Through reflection and ongoing support, the threads of your experience are woven into daily life in a grounded and meaningful way. Written session notes are provided.
I grew up in San Diego, shaped by the ocean, horses, and a natural pull toward understanding myself and the world around me. Motherhood, along with years spent working closely with children and families at a school I founded, continues to shape how I relate to people and hold this work—along with bearing witness to many deeply human, life-changing experiences.
In 2023, I became one of the first licensed psilocybin facilitators in the U.S. and have since worked with over 150 clients. I now offer ketamine-supported sessions in California, bringing that experience into a ketamine-supported model.
The price reflects the depth of preparation, presence, and integration support included — not just the sessions themselves.

Schedule a free callMy journey, guided by Rebecca has been the single most pivotal moment of my life. Her warmth, commitment, and mastery of her craft are unquestionable. Like a guide at the helm of a slow-drifting riverboat — she kept me safe while allowing my experience to unfold naturally.
Rebecca holds space in a way that is both deeply professional and profoundly human. She understood that the experience itself was sacred and allowed it to emerge on its own terms — a steady, reassuring presence throughout. I am deeply grateful for the integrity she brings to this work.
As I quickly approach age 60, I feel like I can finally start my life now. I left the session with a sense of hope and compassion for myself and others. The real magic lies in bridging the gap between understanding something and truly feeling it.
"The practice wasn't changing my circumstances overnight. It was changing what my brain was noticing." — a nightly reflection Rebecca shares with clients between ketamine sessions, and the story of where it came from.
