Services

Windhorse Facilitation offers ketamine-supported facilitation services, including preparation sessions, facilitated ketamine sessions, and integration support. These services are provided by Rebecca Mehta in California. All ketamine medication is prescribed separately by a licensed physician and is not dispensed by Windhorse Facilitation.

Eligibility

Services are available to adults aged 18 and over who have been assessed as appropriate candidates during the consultation process. By booking services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have accurately represented your health history during the intake and assessment process
• Understand that these services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care
• Have read and agree to the Medical Disclaimer

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee at Rebecca's discretion. We understand that genuine emergencies occur and will always approach these situations with compassion.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions and consultations is treated with strict confidentiality. Information will only be disclosed:

• With your explicit written consent
• When required by law
• In an emergency situation where your safety or the safety of others is at risk
• To the collaborating prescribing physician as necessary for your care

Payment

Payment terms, accepted methods, and sliding scale arrangements are discussed and agreed upon during the consultation process. Full payment or agreed payment arrangements are confirmed before sessions begin.

Limitation of Liability

Windhorse Facilitation provides facilitation services in good faith and with professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Windhorse Facilitation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Windhorse Facilitation and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
